Overview
Executive dashboards provide a high-level view of vendor risk designed for leadership, board members, and stakeholders who need visibility without the technical details. Use these dashboards for quarterly reports, audit preparation, and risk committee meetings.
Dashboard Components
Risk Distribution
Pie chart showing the percentage of vendors in each risk category (Low, Medium, High, Critical).
Risk Trend
Line chart showing how your portfolio risk score has changed over the past 12 months.
Category Breakdown
Bar chart comparing risk levels across vendor categories (SaaS, Infrastructure, etc.).
Top Risks
List of your highest-risk vendors requiring immediate attention or escalation.
Key Metrics
Example metrics - your dashboard shows real-time data from your vendor portfolio.
Accessing Executive View
To access the executive dashboard:
- 1.Click Dashboard in the sidebar
- 2.Toggle to Executive View in the top-right
- 3.Customize date ranges and filters as needed
Pro tip: Bookmark the executive view URL to access it directly.
Sharing & Exporting
- Export to PDF: Download a snapshot of the dashboard for presentations
- Scheduled Reports: Set up automatic weekly or monthly email reports (Enterprise)
- Share Link: Create a read-only link for stakeholders without accounts
