Overview
Manage all aspects of your Ezy Risk subscription from the Billing section. View your current plan, update payment methods, download invoices, and upgrade or downgrade as your needs change.
Managing Your Subscription
View Current Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date.
Upgrade Plan
Need more features or users? Click "Upgrade" to move to a higher tier. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Compare plans →Downgrade Plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to higher-tier features until then.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel anytime. Your account will remain active until the end of the billing period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- ACH Direct Debit: For US bank accounts (Enterprise)
- Wire Transfer: For annual Enterprise contracts
To update your payment method, go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method.
Invoices
Access all your invoices from the Billing section:
- View and download PDF invoices for any billing period
- Invoices are automatically emailed after each payment
- Add billing email addresses for automatic invoice delivery
- Set up custom billing contact and address for invoices
Billing FAQs
When am I billed?
Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. Annual plans are billed once per year on your subscription anniversary.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support for refund requests.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll retry the payment automatically and notify you by email. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be downgraded to the free tier.
Can I get a quote for Enterprise?
Yes! Contact our sales team for custom Enterprise pricing based on your organization's needs.
