Overview
Organization settings let you customize Ezy Risk for your team. Configure your company branding, set default preferences, and manage security settings from a central location.
Organization Settings
General
- Organization Name: Your company name shown in emails and reports
- Industry: Used for benchmark comparisons
- Timezone: Default timezone for due dates and reports
Branding (Pro & Enterprise)
- Logo: Appears in vendor emails and PDF reports
- Primary Color: Accent color for branded elements
- Custom Domain: Use your own domain for vendor portal (Enterprise)
Notifications
- Email Preferences: Choose which notifications to receive
- Reminder Schedule: When to send vendor reminders
- Summary Reports: Automated weekly/monthly email summaries
Security (Enterprise)
- SSO/SAML: Configure single sign-on with your identity provider
- Enforce 2FA: Require two-factor authentication for all users
- Session Timeout: Auto-logout after inactivity
- IP Allowlist: Restrict access to specific IP ranges
Accessing Settings
- 1.Click Settings in the sidebar (gear icon)
- 2.Select Organization from the settings menu
- 3.Navigate to the relevant tab (General, Branding, Security, etc.)
- 4.Make changes and click Save
Note: Only Owners and Admins can access organization settings.
