Export raw assessment data for custom analysis and reporting

Overview

Export assessment data to Excel (.xlsx) format for custom analysis, integration with other tools, or creating reports in your preferred format. Excel exports include raw data that you can filter, sort, and analyze as needed.

Available Exports

Assessment Response Export

Complete question-by-question breakdown of a single assessment.

Includes: Question text, vendor response, score, criticality, evidence status, comments

Vendor Portfolio Export

Summary of all vendors and their current risk status.

Includes: Vendor name, category, risk score, risk level, last assessment date, next review date

Findings Export

All identified security findings across assessments.

Includes: Finding description, severity, vendor, status, recommendation, assigned owner, due date

Assessment History Export

Historical record of all assessments for trend analysis.

Includes: Assessment date, vendor, template, score, risk level, completion time, reviewer

How to Export

Navigate to the Data

Go to the Assessments, Vendors, or Findings page depending on what you want to export.

Apply Filters (Optional)

Filter the data first if you only want to export a subset (e.g., high-risk vendors only).

Click Export

Click the "Export" or "Download Excel" button.

Open in Excel

The .xlsx file downloads automatically. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any compatible spreadsheet application.
