Tracking Assessment Progress

Monitor vendor assessment status and follow up effectively

Assessment Statuses

Draft

Assessment created but not yet sent to the vendor. You can still edit the template selection and settings.

Sent

Assessment has been sent to the vendor. Waiting for them to start responding.

In Progress

Vendor has started answering questions. You can see how many questions are completed.

Completed

Vendor has submitted the assessment. Risk score has been calculated and results are ready for review.

Overdue

Due date has passed without submission. Consider sending a reminder or extending the deadline.

Viewing Progress

Monitor all your assessments from the Assessments dashboard:

  • List View: See all assessments with status, vendor, due date, and completion percentage
  • Filter by Status: Quickly find pending, in-progress, or overdue assessments
  • Sort by Date: Prioritize by due date or last activity
  • Progress Bar: Visual indicator of completion percentage

Sending Reminders

Automatic Reminders

Ezy Risk automatically sends email reminders to vendors:

  • 7 days before due date - First reminder
  • 1 day before due date - Urgent reminder
  • On due date - Final reminder (if not submitted)

Manual Reminders

You can also send a reminder at any time by clicking "Send Reminder" on the assessment detail page. This is useful if you need to follow up before the automatic reminders.

Managing Deadlines

Extend Due Date

If a vendor needs more time, click "Edit" on the assessment and select a new due date. The vendor will be notified of the extension.

Cancel Assessment

If an assessment is no longer needed, you can cancel it. The vendor's link will be deactivated and they'll receive a notification.

Notifications You'll Receive

  • Assessment Started: When a vendor begins responding
  • Assessment Completed: When a vendor submits their responses
  • Assessment Overdue: When the due date passes without submission
